And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified. (Acts 20:32)
The Word has the ability to make you what it talks about. The purpose of God to give you His Word is to make you the Word.
When you meditate on the Word of God, it’s transforms you to be one with itself; meaning that as you meditate the Word, you become the Word by and by. That’s what Apostle Paul meant when he said, “But we all, with open face, beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord” (2 Corinthians 3:18)! How do you get into the ‘same image’?, it’s only through meditating His Word being filled with the Spirit.
As you meditate on God’s Word, you will discover that you have begun to think, act and talk like God. Your whole life will become a reflection of His Word.
Praise:
Precious Lord there is none besides you! You are Holy! You are the mighty one! Your Word is my light and I worship you for giving your Word to me. Glory be unto your Name forevermore!
