“But my righteous one will live by faith. And I take no pleasure in the one who shrinks back.” (Hebrew 10:38 NIV)
Faith is the life style of those great men and women who walk with God and that’s the reason they are able to achieve what ordinary men cannot achieve. Faith is the dimension of Spiritual realm and God shows us that the whole creation was made by His Word through faith (ref. Hebrews 11:3).
The day you received Jesus Christ in your life, you were given a portion of faith which every child of God receives in the beginning of his spiritual life (ref. Romans 12:3). Now that you know that you have a basic portion of faith in you, it is your responsibility to continually nourish that faith with the word of God and then use that faith, stretch that faith, grow that faith and make your faith strong. Without exercising your faith it would be impossible for you to have a winning life.
Never allow yourself to come to a position in life when you find yourself crying about everything. That’s the time you are expected to exercise your faith on everything. Faith is the only power though which you can change any and every situation and the word of God is the only Source from where you can source your faith. You don’t have to wait for the situation to get worse that you may begin to grow your faith. Choose to start early and start now to grow your faith and build your faith by exercising your faith on everything. Make targets in life which are consistent to the word of God and try to achieve them by faith. Don’t be selfish in making your targets, think what more can you do for the kingdom of God and stretch your faith to do that! Not only will you grow your faith but you will also see the hand of God mightily working with you and the world will know that God is with you.
Prayer:
Thank you father for giving me the measure of faith. I give myself to the word of God which grows my faith and I put my faith to work in every aspect of my life. By faith I declare that I am a great partner in the spreading of the Gospel, a blessing to this world and an answer to this world’s cry. Thank you Lord for giving me birth into the life of a champion, in Jesus Name. Amen!
