But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding. (Job 32:8)
Another year is coming to an end, and we have made great advancement and increase in this year. But, that’s not everyone’s story, for many people nothing has changed, they stand exactly where they were last year and the year before. Why is it so? Don’t they want to advance in their lives? They absolutely want to. But, the reason they are stagnant at one place is because their efforts are all on the outside.
At the beginning of every year people make various resolutions for the year. They try hard to keep up with those resolutions at the beginning but as the days pass and the year sets on its course, their resolutions are left behind. People forget that life is not outwardly. It’s lived through the Spirit. It’s inside out. When you live your life guided and controlled by the Spirit of God, your life will be channelised by the power of God. You would not require to hustle outwardly, rather your Spirit will take control of everything that concerns you.
When you are ruled by the Spirit; you see things the Kingdom way; the Word of God dictates your actions and responses to life and everything around you. You dominate your environment with the atmosphere of the Spirit. That’s the life we have been called into as a believer. Therefore, quit hustling on the outside. Take charge of your life and world from inside out!
Prayer:
Dear Father, I thank you for giving me the Holy Spirit. My life is beautiful because of the Spirit of God which lives in me. I’m not subject to death or the destructive system of this world. I’m a partaker of your divine nature; eternal life is at work in me, in Jesus Name. Amen.
