Time is a very peculiar asset. It is such an asset which once lost cannot be retrieved back. Money can come back, properties can come back but if the time is lost it cannot come back again. We cannot preserve the time neither can we add more time. The only thing which one can do with it is to either use it fruitfully or waste it.
God made time and he has assigned various events at different times. There is a plan which God has for you for this time. Just because He has a plan for you for a time, doesn’t mean that His plan will get fulfilled. He needs your partnership, efforts and faith to get it fulfilled. His plans are never small, rather are always more than any human imagination. The time which is spent outside the leading of the Holy Spirit and His plans is a wastage of a very precious resource. It is a loss when a person spends his/her time without being filled with the Holy Spirit. Don’t waste your day by ignoring the spiritual activities. Ensure that you start your day being filled with the Holy Spirit so that you are able to make best use of the time which has been given to you.
Prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father, I thank you for teaching me and enlightening me towards the importance of time. You are the creator of time and I depend on you each day for managing my time. I thank you for your Spirit which guides in making perfect plan for the time which you have given to me. In Jesus’ Name. Amen!
