Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God (1 John 3:1a)
We sing our main verse as a praise song in our ministry, it’s so beautiful to know that in Christ we have received the Fatherhood of God. What Jesus did for us, caused us to be translated from mere creation of God to His own child and that’s the most beautiful aspect of our being in Christ Jesus.
God is our Father, Lord Jesus achieved it for us and as we confessed Him to be our Lord, we received the Fatherhood of God as a grace. The Lord Jesus confirmed this in John 20:17, when He said to Mary, “…Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.” Jesus knew God as His Father; now, He calls Him our loving heavenly Father as well. You are God’s child now in Christ. Hallelujah
The latter part of 1 John 3:1 that says, “…therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.” The world doesn’t recognize God as our Father, and us as His offspring, possessing the same life and nature with Him, because it didn’t recognize Jesus as such when He walked the earth. Nevertheless, “Now are we the sons of God” (1 John 3:2).
Live in the consciousness of this truth and the knowledge of the fact that the same life which flows in Father, flows in the offspring and that is you. You cannot be broken, you cannot be cast down, you can never lack, you are love child of a Love God! He owns you and you have Him.

Precious Heavenly Father, thank you for making me your beloved son. I cherish your Fatherhood in my life. Thank you for the great love with which you loved me, that you sent Jesus to die in my place for the propitiation of my sins. Now I can call you my loving Father. Amen
