It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness. (Lamentations 3:22-23)
As the year draws to a close, we find ourselves in a place of reflection and anticipation. We look back at the 366 days we’ve just lived, remembering the high moments, the challenging times, and the triumphs. Each year we witness unique blessings, challenges, victories, and lessons. But today, as we stand on the threshold of a new year, we are reminded of the constant faithfulness of God, no matter the circumstances.
Lamentations 3:22-23, assures us that God’s love is unfailing and His mercy is inexhaustible. As we reflect on the year that has passed, we can take comfort in the fact that God’s grace has sustained us through every moment, even when we didn’t fully understand or recognize His hand at work.
This speaks of a powerful truth: no matter what we face, God’s love remains constant. His mercies are new every morning, which means that every single day, regardless of what has happened before, we are given a fresh start. His grace is not limited to a season or a circumstance.
A year is not a living entity that would bring us anything, rather it’s just a frame of the time that God created so that we may be able to check ourselves, reflect, and set goals.
As you are about to begin the new year, get more sensitive towards leading the Holy Spirit so that you may be able to walk with Him in His beautiful plans. Congratulation for 2024 and a Happy New Year 2025!

Dear Father, I thank you for your faithfulness in my life and for your wonderful plans for me. I yield myself more and more to the Holy Spirit each day. Thank you that you are working in me. Thank you for the year 2024. I proclaim the name of Jesus on the year 2025. Amen
