Ye fools and blind: for whether is greater, the gold, or the temple that sanctifieth the gold? (Matthew 23:17)
There are some who receive a lot of money but their money gets over every time. There are some who save a lot of money but their money never grows. Receiving money is not the main point, every one receives because God is faithful. The thing that matters is how you manage the money, after God gives you the money. What are your priorities while handling money? Money is for using, but how you use it plays a very crucial role. Following is the priority chart of how you must prioritize your financial management.
The first is God, then is family, the next is work and final important thing is saving for future giving. Ephesians 4:28, teaches us that we should work and earn so that we may have for giving. Giving is the purpose of earning. Firstly you give to God as your act of worship; you demonstrate your commitment via returning tithes and giving seeds and partnership for the kingdom. Then next is your family, your family is your god given responsibility. Your parents, spouse, children and other immediate relatives who might be dependent on you. You must attend to them and give for their needs. God wants you to be His source to them. The next is your work, you must wisely invest in what work you do that you may expand your work and demonstrate excellence in your work.
And finally save, save so that in the time when you are supposed to give to the kingdom you are able to give and join yourself with the latest grace upon your life. If the above is your approach of life towards money, you will never lack money. He is able to make all grace abound towards you that you will always have sufficient for all good works!
