That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises (Hebrews 6:12)
Bible is replete with testimonies of people who walked in faith and attained promises of God. Also, it is replete with testimonies of people who did not walk in faith and had to face the repercussions of their actions.
When we study the scriptures it’s important we make note of every character that it mentions about. Their actions, their confessions and also their results; all need to be studied so that we can learn to walk in faith and obtain a good result. They are carefully picked by the Holy Spirit and wrapped in the scriptures for you to learn from them. No one mentioned in the Bible is there by chance.
If you haven’t studied the scriptures keeping this in mind, then dig deeper into the Word so that you can learn and grow in your communion with God. In the coming days we will be learning about few characters from the Bible, who teach us important lessons of faith.
