For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. (Ephesians 2:10)
Now that you are a believer, you must understand that God has not only filled you with His Spirit but has also deposited His power within you. This power is not dependent on how you feel or what you experience—it is a spiritual truth. Whether you sense it or not, the very power of God dwells inside you.
For many, this power remains hidden until the revelation of the Word enlightens their spirit. Scripture shows us that God has ordained us to good works, and these are not just noble deeds but miraculous works—supernatural expressions of His ability through us. Consider the good works of Jesus: He healed the sick, restored hope to the hopeless, and even raised the dead. In the same way, as Jesus was sent into the world, so have you been sent by God.
You are created for history-making assignments—things never done before you came. And all that you need is already within you. Believe not merely in your own strength, but in Christ who lives in you. His power in you makes you more than enough. As you fellowship with God daily, become conscious of this truth: there is immeasurable power at work inside you.
Prayer:
Dear Father, I thank You for making me Your workmanship in Christ Jesus. I acknowledge the power of the Holy Spirit living in me. I believe that I am ordained for great works, both noble and miraculous, to reveal Your glory. As I walk in fellowship with You, I stay conscious of Your ability at work in me, and I boldly manifest Your power to my world. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
