But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory. (2 Corinthians 3:18)
Christmas is the celebration of God revealed — Christ who could be seen, touched and known. And now, the same Jesus continues to transform us as we behold Him through His Word. The more you see Him, the more you become like Him. Christianity is not behaviour modification — it is glory transformation.
The mirror of the Word does not show your past — it shows your identity in Christ. When you look at a natural mirror, you see yourself; but when you look into the Word, you see the glory of God reflected in you. The more you behold Him, the more you radiate Him. This is why there is no limitation on your growth — the Spirit continually lifts you from one degree of glory to another.
Let this Christmas season be full of contemplation — not of your weaknesses, but of His glory in you. Never be ashamed to say, “I am the glory of God,” because that is what the Word calls you.
Prayer:
Dear Father, thank You for transforming me into the image of Christ from glory to glory. Thank You for the mirror of the Word that reveals who I truly am in You. Your glory is seen in me more and more every day. I refuse to think small — I walk in the radiance of Jesus. In His Name, Amen.
