Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed (1 Peter 2:24).
Sickness is not a part of your identity in Christ, and it should never be accepted as normal. The Word reveals that healing is not something you are trying to obtain—it is something already accomplished through the finished work of Jesus. When Christ bore sin, He also dealt with its consequences, and sickness was included. This means health is your present reality in Him.
Sickness may attempt to speak through symptoms, medical reports, or physical sensations, but faith responds by speaking God’s truth. As Scripture teaches, the life of God is active in you, and that life brings healing, strength, and restoration (ref.Romans 8:11). You are not ruled by your body; your body is subject to the Word and the Spirit.
Boldly saying no to sickness is not denial, it is enforcement. You enforce what Christ has already secured. Speak to your body. Declare life, strength, and wholeness. Refuse fear and refuse to identify with disease. Healing flows where faith is exercised and truth is spoken.
Make it your daily practice to affirm health and vitality. You are not trying to be healed—you are walking in health.
Prayer:
Precious Father, I boldly say no to sickness in every form. I declare that by the stripes of Jesus I am healed and whole. I refuse pain, disease, and infirmity, and I speak life, strength, and restoration to my body. I proclaim that the life of God works in me now, bringing health to every part of my being. I live strong, whole, and free, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
