But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. (Romans 8:11)
We have been talking about divine life since a few days. This divine life is the same life with which Jesus rose up from the dead through the Spirit of God. It’s the very same life. This is a non perishable life because Jesus rose up with this new life, after defeating devil and all the cohorts of darkness. You don’t have to try to defeat anyone now, you have got this triumphant, divine life by grace through the Spirit of God. What a privilege it is to be a Christian!
Your physical body, the human death-prone body you were born with from your mother’s womb, has been rejuvenated, reinvigorated, and vitalised by the Holy Ghost who lives in you.
Every fibre of your being should be inundated with this truth about you. You will never have to struggle with any sickness, weakness, problem or misery again. Meditate on this truth, and endorse it in your personal life and you’ll forever live above all the depravities that affect the mankind.
Confession:
The same Spirit that raised up Jesus from the dead, now lives in me and has given me the same divine resurrection life with which Jesus rose again. I’ve got the life of God in me; it’s in every fibre of my being, in every cell of my blood and in every bone of my body, in Jesus Name. Amen!
