There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. (Romans 8:1)
As a child of God, you are not meant to live under the influence of circumstances, emotions or an untrained mind. You have been recreated in Christ, and your true life is to be lived from your recreated spirit, where the Holy Spirit dwells.
Many struggles that believers experience are not God’s desire for them. Often, they continue because they have not been taught to resist the devil, stand firmly on God’s Word and develop a strong relationship with the Holy Spirit. As you grow in fellowship with Him, your inner life becomes stronger than every outward pressure.
The Holy Spirit empowers you to bring the life of Christ from within to the surface. Instead of reacting to the world’s pressures, you respond from the wisdom, peace and victory that are already in your spirit. This is the life of dominion that the Lord has given you.
Congratulations! Through the knowledge of God’s Word, you are learning to live from your recreated spirit, where the Holy Spirit leads you into continual victory.
Prayer
Dear Father, I thank You because I live from my recreated spirit, where the Holy Spirit dwells. I refuse to be ruled by circumstances, emotions or the limitations of this world. I walk after the Spirit, manifesting the life, wisdom and victory of Christ every day, in the Name of the Lord Jesus. Amen.
