Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. (Proverbs 3:5)

Many Christians depend on their feelings to define the presence of God. While, the truth is that feeling aren’t dependable. Feeling are totally a manufacture of human emotions based on human experience. They are not an element of the spirit.

The dependency on feelings has destroyed the faith of many. God doesn’t work by feelings. When you feel the power or presence of God, it’s good, but God doesn’t want you to feel anything for you to know He’s with you and in you. That you didn’t feel anything in your body, hand or head etc, doesn’t mean His power is not available or that He is not with you. You must understand that the totality or fullness of the Holy Spirit lives in you. Whether or not you feel it, this truth remains unaltered.

Be settled about this truth in your mind and you will fly high in your life, by the power of the Holy Ghost. Depend on the Spirit of God alone, not your feelings.

Confession:
I’m not moved by what I feel, I’m only moved by the Holy Spirit and the Word of God. The power of God works in me and through me, and I refuse to calculate it through my feelings. I’m strong in faith making immense impact in my world for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Hallelujah!
