By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went (Hebrews 11:8).

In our main verse we see how Abraham, said “yes” to God’s command even though he didn’t know what is next. The Lord spoke to him to travel to an unknown destination that would become his home, and without further instructions, Abraham stepped out in faith. He didn’t question the Lord; he simply acted on the instruction. That’s exactly what faith means.

Faith is living as per God’s Word, trusting that He’s who He says He is, that He’s done what He says He’s done, and that He’s given you what He says He’s given you. Faith is anchoring your life on God’s Word, refusing to be swayed to the left or to the right.

Faith is to say “Yes” to God by apprehending what the Lord has said, making confessions accordingly, and thus walking in the reality of it. Learn to say “Yes” to Him without any condition.

Prayer:
Precious Father, I thank you for teaching me the principle of faith. I work out my faith and say “Yes” to your command without any doubt or hesitation. I make great achievements for the kingdom through my faith, in Jesus Name. Amen
