Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. (Mark 9:23)
The Greek word translated “believeth” in our main verse is “pisteuonti” which means “to accept as truth or be fully persuaded of something”. This is the kind of believing on God’s Word that begats prevailing faith.
Prevailing faith, is the faith that is not tampered by emotions, doubts, fears or any outside factor. It remains steadfast and unmoved until it brings to pass the desired outcome. That’s the kind of faith that moves mountains, shifts governments, and causes mighty advancements. To live the authentic Christian life, you must have prevailing faith.
Some people wait for trouble to strike and then try to squeeze faith for an emergency action, such people don’t operate in prevailing faith. Faith is the response of the human spirit to the Word of God; it’s not something you push from the mind; it’s from your spirit. This is the reason you must keep inundating your spirit with the Word of God. For your faith to prevail all the time, you need to feed on the Word. You need to keep bombarding your spirit with the Word until it literally oozes out of your entire being! That’s how to grow prevailing faith; you have to get the Word into your system so much that you can only think, talk and live the Word! Let prevailing faith reign in you so that you make great things happen through your faith for the kingdom.

Dear Father, thank you for giving me the measure faith, I grow in faith through the filling myself with the Word of God. I have prevailing faith in me because the Word of God has final authority in my life. I walk by faith and not by sight and I have remarkable achievements in my life, in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen!
