He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much (Luke 16:10).

One of the greatest spiritual principles in the Kingdom is that faithfulness in small things determines your qualification for greater things. The secret of success is not in waiting for big opportunities but in being faithful with the small responsibilities God has already entrusted to you.

God is a God of order and progression. Before He places a man over nations, He first proves him with little tasks—those unseen, quiet responsibilities that test the heart. Many desire promotion, expansion, and recognition, yet they neglect the present assignments that build character and maturity.

David tended a few sheep in the wilderness, and he did it with excellence. When the time came, that same faithfulness qualified him to lead an entire nation. Joseph served faithfully in Potiphar’s house, in the prison, and later was promoted to govern Egypt. Their consistency and faithfulness in small matters unlocked divine elevation.

The Bible says, “And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men” (Colossians 3:23). This is the mindset of those who grow. Whether your task is big or small, visible or hidden, do it with all your heart as an offering to God. It’s not about who is watching; it’s about Whom you are serving.

Faithfulness is a seed—it carries within it the power to reproduce promotion. Each time you handle something with diligence, you are sowing into your own future. God is watching how you manage your time, your words, your resources, your relationships, and your responsibilities.

The secret of success is not in trying to do everything, but in doing the right things well, consistently, and with a joyful heart. Promotion doesn’t come by striving or competition; it comes by stewardship. Be faithful in your giving, faithful in your prayer life, faithful in your service at home, work, or ministry—and soon, the Lord will lift you higher.

When you are faithful with what is least, you are declaring your readiness for more. Every big door in destiny opens to those who honor the small doors first.

Prayer:
Dear Father, I thank You for teaching me the power of faithfulness. I choose to serve You wholeheartedly in everything I do. I refuse to despise small beginnings, for I know You are watching my diligence and preparing me for greater responsibilities. Strengthen me to remain faithful, consistent, and excellent in every area of my life, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much (Luke 16:10).

In the kingdom of God, greatness doesn’t start with big platforms, huge crowds, or visible influence. It begins with faithfulness in the little things. The secret of success is hidden in your ability to be consistent, trustworthy, and diligent with what God has already placed in your hands.

Joseph didn’t become a ruler in Egypt overnight. He was faithful as a servant in Potiphar’s house, faithful in the prison, and faithful in interpreting dreams. Because he proved himself faithful in the “least,” God entrusted him with the destiny of a nation. David didn’t start as a king; he started as a shepherd boy, faithfully keeping his father’s sheep, even risking his life against lions and bears. That faithfulness qualified him for the throne.

Sometimes, believers expect God to open massive doors while neglecting the opportunities they have now—simple instructions, small assignments, or responsibilities that seem unnoticed. Yet it is your diligence in these areas that determines whether you are ready for increase.

The secret of success is not just prayer and fasting, but also a character of faithfulness. Show up where God has placed you. Handle your relationships with integrity. Serve with joy even when nobody is watching. Prepare yourself for the greater by proving yourself in the little.

God promotes on the basis of faithfulness. If you want to experience greater glory and responsibility, start by excelling where you are now.

Prayer:
Dear Father, I thank you for teaching me the way of faithfulness. I choose to be diligent and consistent in every assignment and responsibility you have given me. As I prove myself faithful in the little, I know you are preparing me for greater responsibilities and higher callings in Christ Jesus. Amen.

He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much. (Luke 16:10)

In the kingdom of God, growth is not accidental—it is intentional and spiritual. As a child of God, growth is your nature, but it must be nurtured. Jesus laid out a simple principle: if you are faithful with little, you will be trusted with more.

Promotion doesn’t come through mere activity or human recognition. It comes from the Lord. “For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge” (Psalm 75:6–7). So, if you’re not preparing yourself for growth, you’re not positioning yourself to receive it.

Growth can be singular—focused in one area—or it can expand in multiple directions. But no matter the path, it begins with faithfulness. Are you praying in tongues? Are you stewarding the spiritual gifts God has given you? Are you diligent in your job or business—the place where God has placed you? These are not small matters. They are your current assignments, and how you handle them proves your readiness for more.

Don’t wait for a bigger opportunity to prove your growth. Show it now in the responsibilities you’ve already been given. Plan for the next level. Prepare like it’s already coming. Speak the Word you’ve learned and confess it over your life with consistency.

Remember: growth is not a mystery. It’s a response to faithfulness. Stay diligent, stay consistent, and you will grow.

Prayer:
Dear Father, I thank You that growth is part of my life in Christ. I choose to be faithful in the little, diligent in what You’ve placed in my hands, and consistent with the Word in my mouth. I prepare my heart and actions for the next level, knowing that promotion comes from You. I yield to Your process and walk in the path of increase. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This he said, not that he cared for the poor; but because he was a thief, and had the bag, and bare what was put therein (John 12:6)

John and Judas Iscariot, were among the twelve disciples of Jesus. However, both were absolutely opposite in their character. John, who was also called John the divine, loved Jesus with all his heart. While Judas followed Jesus outwardly, but never followed Him with his heart.

Judas was the one who betrayed Jesus for thirty pieces of silver (ref. Matthew 26:15). While John stood with Jesus even until he was hung on cross, so much so that Jesus gave the responsibility of his earthly mother, Mary also to John (ref. John 19:26-27).

While Judas died and was wiped out of God’s plan of eternity. John, was the apostle who taught the Church importantance of love and obedience. The epistle of John is powerful witness testimony of the divinity of Jesus. His love for Jesus oozes through his writing.

As a child of God, therefore, we must learn to follow God through all of our heart, our followership should not be a superficial demonstration but, an outcome of our true love for Him. All God wants is your heart, if your heart is for Him, everything that concerns your life will work in perfect harmony with God’s eternal plan for you.

Confession:
I keep my heart and mind stayed on my Lord, Jesus Christ. I refuse to be swayed by any person, idea or element of this world. I follow Jesus with all my heart, all my spirit and all my body. I have decided to follow Jesus, and I’m not turning back. Amen!!

And it came to pass, when they were gone over, that Elijah said unto Elisha, Ask what I shall do for thee, before I be taken away from thee. And Elisha said, I pray thee, let a double portion of thy spirit be upon me. (2 Kings 2:9)

Elisha became a prophet under the tutelage of Prophet Elijah; and therefore much like his master he was true to his calling. Elijah called Elisha to follow him, after God revealed to him that Elisha is to succeed him as the prophet over Israel (ref. 1 Kings 19). Elisha gave up his family and prior life to follow the call of God and he never looked back.

When Elijah was to be taken by the chariot of fire, Elisha was the only one who followed Elijah till the end, and desired a double portion of his spirit. Through the spirit of discernment, Elisha understood the time of his visitation from God and was determined not to allow anything to stop him from receiving the mantle of the Lord; even the voice of his master could not stop him. Although Elijah’s voice was a test and not a command (ref. 2 Kings 2: 1-8)

Through the authority of God’s word, Elisha performed multiple miracles that touched the lives of people and nations. His spiritual guidance to the kings; protected Israel from the enemies on numerous occasions. Some of the tremendous things he did were during the reign of King Jehoshaphat.

His submission to the command of God, and to the Man of God, Elijah, is something to learn from. When we submit ourselves fully to God’s will, he exalts us to a position no man can give or take.

Prayer:
Precious Father, I thank you for choosing me unto yourself. I don’t belong to this world or the elements of this world, I’m never turning back. I will move upward and forward, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of my faith. Amen
