Today’s world is growing at a rapid pace. Everything is superfast, and the Bible already talks about this time, and we are in it now. The connectivity is so quick now, that everyone knows what’s going around the world. As much as this has helped in the advancement of humanity, it has also contributed to the degradation of the uniqueness of people.

God has made us all unique. Each of us has something which no one else in this world has. But, sadly today’s system and scenario is such that everyone is measured under the same scale, and thus everyone wants to be like someone else. The sense of cherishing oneself has been lost from this world.

As a Child of God, you have to keep yourself out of this futile race. You don’t have to try to be like someone else or try to follow some so called trend. Be you, and be satisfied about it. If you get into the race of following and impressing this world, you would end up frustrated and full of tears. Remember, you are in this world but not of this world. Let your light so shine, that the world follows your trend. Refuse to be a photocopy!

Prayer:
Dear Father, I thank you for making me unique. Thank you for carefully crafting me and making me your own by calling me into your sonship through Our Lord Jesus. I refuse to be a photocopy of anyone rather, I set myself above the parameters of this world and set new standards which are pleasing in God’s sight. Amen!

Many people are born as an accident. They weren’t planned by their parents, and they are often reminded of this fact by their near and dear ones, which makes them feel that even for God they are an accident, and He won’t be interested in someone like them. But, the truth is that no one is an accident, as far as God is concerned, He knew us before He formed us in our mother’s womb (Jeremiah 1:5, Ephesians 1:4).

God is experienced in bringing people up. I often remind Him of this when I pray and mention the names of those I’ve read about in the Bible, like Moses, David, Elijah and Paul and many other individuals whose lives are a great inspiration to me. You see, your case is not strange to Him. He knows exactly what to do to train someone like you, and make you the success that He planned you to be. He’s not confused at all as to what to do about you and your situation. He is more interested in you than you are in yourself. He loves you!

He’s the Master builder, life-maker, and life-giver. Today, He says to you, “Follow me and I’ll make you…!” Give Him your heart, and let your eyes observe His ways. Trust Him with your life and do His Word, and He’ll cause all your heart’s desires and dreams for success to come to pass.

Prayer:
Precious Father, I thank you for your love towards me. Thank you for making me and planning my life for your glory even before the foundation of the earth. I trust you and your ways and resolve to follow them now and forever, in Jesus Name. Amen!!
