We have learnt that life is spiritual. Since, life is spiritual shouldn’t we become skillful in spiritual things? Many people pray and wonder why nothing changes. The truth is that it’s not because God is unwilling—it’s because there is ignorance of His Word. Faith is not wishing for something to happen. Faith is agreeing with God. It is confidently saying “yes” to what He has already spoken.

We have received the Word of God in Christ. The beautiful thing about salvation is that we are not empty—we are filled with divine truth. The gospel has come into our lives, and that changes everything. We are not meant to struggle through life. We are sons of God, empowered to live victoriously.

But here’s the key: what do you see with the eyes of your spirit? If you keep considering circumstances, like Peter looking at the waves, doubt will creep in. But if you focus on the Word, faith will rise. As you speak the Word and pray in tongues, your spirit becomes strong and skillful. You begin to operate above circumstances.

Remember, the most important function of your mouth is not just communication—it is creation. Speak the Word of God boldly. Create your future with faith-filled declarations. You are not a victim of the system of this world; you are a son of God operating in the Spirit.

Prayer:
Dear Father, I grow skillful in spiritual things. I focus on Your Word and not on circumstances. My faith is active, and my mouth declares Your truth daily. I see with the eyes of my spirit and walk in victory as Your son, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Many believers struggle because their confessions are inconsistent with God’s Word. You cannot speak defeat and expect victory. You cannot speak lack and expect abundance. Align your words with your faith, and your faith with the Word. Every time you declare the promises of God, you activate Heaven’s power on your behalf.

Wrong confessions block the flow of divine blessings. Many people fail to see results in their finances or health because their words are contrary to what they believe. They say, “It’s too expensive,” or “It’s not possible for me,” and those very words limit them. Confession is agreeing with God—saying “Yes” to His promises. When your mouth agrees with what your spirit believes, salvation in every area becomes your experience.

Refuse to speak carelessly. Speak the Word boldly. Say what God says about you—you are righteous, healed, favored, and prosperous. Your confession determines your direction, and your direction determines your destination.

Your life today is largely the result of the words you spoke yesterday—consciously or unconsciously. Words are spiritual containers of life or death, blessing or destruction. Everything visible began with something spoken. God framed the entire universe with His Word, and being His child, you have the same creative ability within you.

The fact is this that you can frame your world with your words. You are never a victim of circumstances unless you agree with them through what you say. Your tongue is the pen that writes the story of your destiny. When you speak God’s Word, you are writing success, victory, and glory into your future.

Every time you say, “I’m moving forward,” “I’m full of wisdom,” “I’m strong in the Lord,” or “I’m walking in divine health,” those words are building a path for you to walk in. Angels respond to the Word you speak in faith. The power of the Holy Spirit works in agreement with your declarations.

That’s why the Word says, “Let the weak say, I am strong.” It doesn’t say, “Let the weak describe his weakness.” No matter the situation, your confession must agree with God’s truth, not with what you feel or see.

Your future doesn’t begin next year—it begins with the words you speak right now. Stop talking about what’s wrong and start declaring what’s right according to the Word. Don’t say, “I can’t,” when God says, “You can.” Don’t say, “It’s too late,” when God says, “I make all things new.”

The words you speak are seeds. Plant them carefully, water them consistently, and they will produce your future.

Prayer:
Precious Father, I thank You for giving me the creative power of words. I frame my life with Your Word, declaring success, abundance, wisdom, and progress in all I do. My words align with Your truth and shape a glorious future for me. I refuse to speak doubt or defeat. By my words, I walk in divine health, victory, and prosperity every day. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

God is detailed about records. He’s got several books in heaven (ref. Revelation 20:12), and He records all our works here on earth. Some of those books will be opened on the Day of Judgment (ref. Daniel 7:10), but there’s one which is opened from time to time — that’s His book of remembrance.

In our main Scripture, we read that those who feared the Lord, and thought upon His Name and spoke about Him often, had a book of remembrance written for them in the presence of God. In other words, these people meditated upon His Name, and because their minds were full of God’s thoughts, they spoke the right words frequently one to another. They made the right confessions of faith in His Name; as they did that in the earth, the Lord heard it. Consequently, their names were entered into His book of remembrance.

Periodically, when that book is opened, all their confessions are released unto them! Hallelujah!

So while you’re there in your closet speaking forth the Word of God in faith, it may seem like nothing is changing — but don’t stop, for it’s being recorded in God’s book of remembrance. In the course of time, that book will be opened, and the rain of blessings you’ve been expecting will come pouring down all at once. Keep talking the Word and filling up your pages of that book with your faith-declarations.

Ecclesiastes 11:3 says, “If the clouds be full of rain, they empty themselves upon the earth.” Your faith-filled confessions will surely produce for you a harvest of blessings at the appointed time.

Prayer
Dear Father, I worship You for Your faithfulness towards me. I realize the importance of meditating upon Your Name and confessing Your Word in faith. I’m ready to receive the overwhelming blessings You have prepared for me as I speak the faith-filled words of confession, in Jesus’ Name. Amen!
