Happy Resurrection Day to all of you! This day is so special, Jesus defeated death, and He became the first man to be born again. (Revelation 1:5). Our life in Christ Jesus doesn’t start from the birth of Jesus Christ, neither does it begin with his death on the cross. Christianity begins with the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. When He rose, we rose together with Him. Easter is not just about celebrating the resurrection of Jesus, but it is also the celebration of the victory which the mankind got over the death and over slavery of darkness and circumstances. Furthermore, it is the celebration of the God-life which was made available to mankind so that they may no longer be the mankind rather the God-kind.
Easter is the fulfillment of God’s love towards man, and in this day, the message which the Spirit of God has for us is from 2 Corinthians 5:14-15: For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead:And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again. Jesus loved us so much that He freely died on our behalf so that when we live, we should no longer live for ourselves but for Jesus who loves us and died for us. When you visit your friends and relatives with sweets and gifts for wishing them today, the better way is to bring to them the true knowledge, essence and right message of resurrection.

Father, I praise you for the Easter of my life. I thank you that you raised me together with Christ and today I am seated together with Him. I have a meaning and a purpose for my life. The life which I now live on earth is for you and unto your glory! Glory to your name, O most High!
