All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. (2 Timothy 3:16–17)

The Word of God is not just a written document; it is the living voice of God to His people. Scripture is the foundation upon which every believer discerns truth and direction. It has been divinely inspired and preserved so that through its pages, God may speak clearly and powerfully to those who seek Him.

Jesus revealed that the mysteries of the kingdom have been given to us to understand, but they remain hidden from those who do not believe. The Word is not concealed from us—it is revealed to us by the Holy Spirit, who dwells within us. As we read and meditate on the Bible, the Holy Spirit unveils the voice of God, bringing light and understanding to our hearts.

It is important to recognize that any voice or spiritual impression we receive must be tested against the truth of Scripture. God’s Spirit will never guide us to do anything that contradicts His written Word. The Bible is our safeguard, our measuring line, and the final authority.

Studying the Bible is not like reading any ordinary book. It must be approached with reverence, prayer, and a heart that is open to receive. As you study, invite the Holy Spirit to reveal truth to you. Let your spirit be alert, because through the Scriptures, God will speak—sometimes gently, sometimes powerfully, but always with purpose.

When you listen for His voice in the Word, you will be strengthened, corrected, and equipped for every good work.

Prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father, I thank you in the Name of Jesus, for the precious gift of the Bible. As I open Your Word each day, I open my heart to hear Your voice speaking through the Scriptures. Thank You for giving me the Holy Spirit, who helps me grow in understanding and in the knowledge of Your Word. In Jesus’ name. Amen!
