For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. (Romans 8:14)
One of the greatest keys to living a victorious Christian life is learning to recognize and respond to the promptings of the Holy Spirit. He lives in you, and He continually leads, guides and inspires you. As you become more conscious of His presence, your spirit becomes sensitive to His voice and direction.
Many times, the Holy Spirit may prompt you to do something that your natural mind or body does not feel like doing. For example, you may feel physically tired, yet He gently urges you to pray. The moment you respond in obedience, you often discover supernatural strength rising within you. Suddenly, you are praying with boldness, joy and fresh power. That is the ministry of the Holy Spirit at work in your life.
Always respond when the Holy Spirit prompts you, for His leading is always to your advantage. Your physical body has limitations, but the Holy Spirit who dwells in you is without limitation. As you learn to walk with Him and follow His leading, you rise above natural limitations and experience the limitless life that God has prepared for you.
Prayer
Dear Father, I thank You for the Holy Spirit who lives in me and continually leads me. My spirit is sensitive to His voice, and I respond promptly to His guidance. I walk in obedience, strength and wisdom, and I experience His limitless power at work in my life every day, in the Name of the Lord Jesus. Amen.
