One of the wonderful ministries of the Holy Spirit in your life is to refresh, strengthen and energize your life. No matter what you have faced or what pressures surround you, the Holy Spirit is able to restore your strength from within. This is why it is so important to live in the flow of the Holy Spirit.
The world offers many forms of entertainment and distraction, yet none of them can truly refresh your spirit. Lasting refreshment is found in fellowship with the Holy Spirit. As you spend time praying, especially praying in other tongues, your inner man is strengthened, your faith is stirred, and your heart is renewed with divine life.
Do not allow yourself to be consumed by the noise of this world or the endless distractions around you. Instead, make it your habit to spend quality time with the Holy Spirit every day. He restores your joy, renews your strength and prepares you to walk in victory.
The Holy Spirit is your continual source of divine refreshment. Turn to Him, and you will never lack the strength to fulfill God’s purpose.
Prayer
Dear Father, I thank You for the Holy Spirit who refreshes and strengthens me every day. As I fellowship with Him and pray in the Spirit, my inner man is continually renewed. I walk in divine strength, joy and victory, fulfilling Your purpose in the Name of the Lord Jesus. Amen.
