And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. (Ephesians 2:6)

Many believers live far below the position God has given them because they see themselves only from an earthly perspective. But God’s Word reveals a different reality. Through Christ, we have been raised up and seated together with Him in heavenly places. This is not merely a future promise—it is our present position in Him.

When we understand where God has placed us, our prayers, our words, and our outlook begin to change. We no longer pray as those who are trying to gain God’s acceptance or persuade Him to bless us. But We approach Him as His beloved children, confident that He has already blessed us with every spiritual blessing in Christ. We pray from a position of authority, not from a place of defeat.

Often, the only thing that limits us is our own thinking. As long as we hold on to thoughts of fear, inadequacy, or failure, we will struggle to walk in the victory Christ has already secured for us. The Word of God renews our minds and enables us to see ourselves as God sees us.

Today, choose to think in line with God’s Word. Refuse to be governed by circumstances or human reasoning. You are seated with Christ, and from that position of authority, you can live a life that glorifies Him.

Prayer:

Dear Father, thank You for raising me up together with Christ and seating me in heavenly places. Thank You that I do not live from a position of defeat but from the victory Christ has already won for me. Thank You that my life reflects Your power, grace, and glory. In Jesus’ Name, Amen
